With a year passed, Abby's grown to be more emotionally understanding. Not a lot, just a bit, enough to get her to know when she's mentioned something offending. She's still blunt and at many times, extremely random. People just learn to stop being surprised after they find her in the vents.

Abby is more or less apathetic. She often stays passive to most things and isn't exactly the hardest person to convince, usually even doing things just because she's bored. This girl is blunt to the point, prefering to nip things in the bud rather than beat around the bush and speaks her mind without fault. Abby is very honest and if someone would ask for her opinion, she wouldn't censor anything and say just what exactly her opinion was. However, the problem for this would also be her pokerface since people sometimes get confused whether she was lying or not, something that she was also pretty good at but doesn't really do much. (''Adventurers are supposed to be good guys, right?'') Despite these things, she is a good person deep inside... she just happens to not really understand that sometimes hurts people on accident since she's neutral to things but she will say sorry or try to compensate once she's realized. Or been told. The latter is more likely due to the case that her father sheltered her far too much in childhood.

H I S T O R Y

Once upon a time (How come all stories start like that?) Please at least let me finish a sentence—(I thought ''once upon a time'' was technically a sentence already.)—shush, a baby girl was born to two adventurers. She was their pride and joy and they named her Abigail, Abby for short. (Can I talk now?) No— (Oh. I thought you said a sentence?) Don't make me go through this agin. Abby was pretty sheltered due to how protective her father was of his baby girl, but made sure to teach her self-defense because—(''I AM NOT LETTING THOSE BOYS TOUCH MY BABY—'' ''Calm down, dad.'') ...I wonder if interruptions run in the family. (''Damion, you aren't supposed to be here.'' ''I need to watch over my baby!'' ''From what?'' ''Many things, so—'' ''Damion.'') ..ouch. Uh, can I finish the story now? (Yeah. Mom's detaining dad.) Thanks. (No problem.)

As she grew up, her father grew more protective than ever and only ever allowed her cousins to be her friends, and even that wasn't much help since they were all guys. (Poor cousin Jerry.) well he did break your doll. (I don't think you can replace pride though.) True enough. Anyway, Abby grew up to be rather neutral and rather tomboyish due to this, much to her mother's dismay as she had hoped to go shopping with her daughter. But despite her friendships with her cousins, the happiest moment in her life had been the day she found the crab on the beach.

She and her cousins had been playing in the sand when a kid began screaming, and being the brave little adventurers they were (I am brave!) ...where did you come from? (My awesomeness.) Abby? (He snuck in when mom and dad left.) they went to find the kid and witnessed a rather angry and sad looking crab pinching his claws on the kid's finger. While her cousins went to save the kid, Abby noticed the broken stones and came to the speculation that the kid had broken the crab's home. So a saving, calming session, and explanation later; everything was fine. At least, everything other than the poor crab's home. (K-ko-ki...) D'aw, it's okay, Crabby! You have Abby now! (Koki!) Due to her bringing peace to its like, the little crab grew to adore Abby in a few hours and her cousins had joked that maybe she should keep it as a pet. (''And it was a joke— ow! What was that for, Abby!?'' ''Crabby's family now.'' ''Ko-ki!'')

Unfortunately for her cousins, they then had to face her protective father who had utterly refused to keep the crab as his daughter's pet—until Abby herself had asked in the most hopeful tone he had ever heard her use. So her father had melted into a pile of goo when his own baby girl hugged him happily at that. (Dad's weird.) But it wasn't until a few more years later when another problem came to her father's protective self. Abby's life had pretty much surrounded around family, Crabby and the internet until her mother, who was half jealous of her friends' kids' accomplishments and half concerned of her daughter, promptly told her daughter that she needed to do something in her life instead of wasting it around the Oootube and other sites, and promptly packed her old adventurer things, handing them to her daughter and kindly kicking her out. She had also been in charge of keeping her husband at bay. Poor woman.

And so began the tale of Abby the Adventurer.
